Perkin acknowledges the receipt of and accepts the buyer's order expressly conditional of the buyer's assent to the terms and conditions herein contained, whether in addition to or different from those stated in the buyer's purchase order or any other document heretofore and hereafter supplied by the buyer to Perkin.

Payment Terms, (unless otherwise specified) are immediate payment F.O.B. origin. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We reserve the right not to accept the cancellation of an order.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (unless specified) exclusive of Duty, freight, extra packaging charges and applicable taxes and will be added in the invoice. Prices are subject to change with out notice. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, and will require pre-approval from Perkin. Buyer must notify Perkin in writing, within 15 days of receipt, or such products will be deemed to be accepted.

It is our policy to combine safety and economy to provide the quickest and most efficient method of transportation. 'Priority overnight' delivery services, are available upon request. Whenever possible, we shall ship via the method specified by the customer. Shipment of hazardous items is governed by the Ministry of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Perkin adheres to all regulations governing the transportation of our products. However, products that require special packaging and shipping may incur additional charges per shipment and will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Perkin warrants the products are as described when shipped. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness of the compounds for any particular application. Quality claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. With respect to products proved to be defective or nonconforming to Perkin's satisfaction, the maximum liability for Perkin shall be the replacement of the product or the refund of the purchase price, upon the return of such products in accordance with Perkin's instruction. Perkin shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Perkin provides volume discounts for most products. Please request a quotation. Orders for quantities less than catalog size will be accepted, providing stock is available and subdivision is possible. All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.
