Quality claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. With respect to products proved to be defective or nonconforming to Perkin's satisfaction, the maximum liability for Perkin shall be the replacement of the product or the refund of the purchase price, upon the return of such products in accordance with Perkin's instruction.
