Zonal Avenue Chair – West Get Child pediatric heart surgeries for worldwide needy children President of Rotary Club of Bombay Airport, 2017 actively headed & participated in campaigns initiated by the community. Working on the projects: blood donation drive, portable drinking water facility to 1500 villages, Literacy and Medical support to schools of Differently Abled children. Conferred as a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International. Leading the District as Avenue Chair for the year 2017-18 under Dist. 3141. Currently Avenue Chair for Rotary Seva Abhiyan Mumbai District 3141. RSS member (Narayanpet Village in Mahaboob Nagar District in Telangana) during the school academics from the year 1980 - 1985.

FOUNDER PRESIDENT, RCBA - JUHU HALF MARATHON Kiev University

Vijay Ambati was the President of RCBA during the maiden charity event of Juhu Half Marathon 2017 and Fitness in the Western part of Mumbai City where more than 10,000 runners participated in this marathon and in the subsequent years the number of participants increased as it promoted good health which funded Cardiac surgeries of more than 200 children in India.
